out our email in error.
More importantly, it also means your service will filter out future email from us to you - you will not receive a reply you may be waiting for. To be clear, our reply will not be delivered to you, even when/if you email us again to say how upset you are about our lack of response!
Check your "junk" (or "spam" or "bulk") folder
for the automated reply - your ISP/Mail service may have filtered it there.
If it is not there, your service has deleted it without telling you.
Please do not be upset with your ISP/Mail service - they are trying to protect you from 'spammers'. Also, please do not be upset with our perceived lack of response - we did respond to the address you entered. Be upset with spammers, because they have caused this need for a high level of security.
Spam has grown to such a large problem today, that all ISP/Mail services filter email. "False-positives" (service filters that drop email by mistake) happen due to the complexity and sheer amount of spam the service providers have to deal with.
All customer-focused ISP/Mail service providers recognize the problem of false-positives.
They provide you with ways to allow the email that you specifically want to pass through the filter.
This way is kind of a "manual over-ride of the system", and your service has most likely provided you with a simple tool for you to do it yourself (they don't want to be swamped by override requests).
To make sure that our mail is not deleted or filtered into a junk, spam or bulk folder, please add the www.more-for-small-business.com domain to your list of trusted senders/your address book/your contact list (in your email software) and to your IPS/Mail service's whitelist.
This way the filters will know that you want to receive this email.
